“I absolutely love staying here. My room was very clean and the bed is comfortable. And, the shower is great. Thank you for another great visit!”

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. ”

“The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”

“exceeded our expectations, everything was spot on, the property os well maintained, lawn care was there during our stay, a gentleman inspecting and replacing fire extinguishers. and it is clean. one ice machine broke or was just out of ice, but i know ice machines and they break alot, but they have two, so not a big deal. i will return to stay again!!”

“Late check in after hours was simple, fast and easy. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet! I loved the quaint, nostalgic charm! I left early in the morning so I did not get to interact with the staff but the check out process was also fast and easy!”
