“This place is amazing in many ways. However, I wouldn't advise booking a room on a third-party site. The room we got, while still expensive, was described as a "shoebox" by the woman who checked us in. She "upgraded" us to a room with two twin beds. Not great for $400-plus a night and our 30th anniversary. Having said that, the rest of the staff was amazing, and it is beautiful. If you want to stay here, pay the money and get a nicer room.”

“This was a great location after ending our 7 day tour. Easily walkable, a Michelin rated restaurant for dinner, excellent breakfast out (since we had a leisure morning and no rush to the airport). Staff were very helpful and the room itself was charming, comfortable. Had a triple room for girls trip and plenty spacious! ”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”

“I really enjoyed staying here. We got the deluxe room because it was the only one left on the night we needed but I have no regrets, it was great. It was a very sunny day so our room was very hot but reception sorted us out with a fan very quickly. All of the staff were lovely :) I enjoyed the decor and I thought the nightclub was fun (I didn't actually go into the nightclub, but I felt like I got a VIP experience dancing in my room). “The location is good, with the bus station to the airport right in front of the hotel enhance and restaurants/bar nearby. There is a 24-hr reception so night flight and late check-in are totally fine, the staffs are also nice and offer us free printing. The overall experience is much better than expected! :)”

“Green is a very good hotel, with a significant architectural flaw: the only efficient way to the rooms in its second building is by using two elevators, with access via a maze of corridors. It was a bizarre, probably unfixable decision. Aside from that, our stay was excellent -- fine service, lovely rooms and amenities. ”
