“Host was extremely responsive and considerate of all our needs. Home was absolutely prestine and clean. Pictures are very accurate to what we experienced. I was happily surprised that the mattresses were ssoo comfy which isnt always the case. All of our needs were thought of before hand, especially the wonderful little coffee bar! “We choose Jonathan's space because it was a great location, clean, and had the right amenities. We loved being able to walk to the convention center and also have access to all the great restaurants and such around the apartment. That being said, the location does have quite a bit of noise from restaurants, the Street, people, etc. I sleep soundly, so it wasn't bothersome for me, and there were earplugs available for our lighter sleepers. “Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“This property was very cute! Very spacious and clean. Very walkable to downtown Lancaster. Had a wonderful time. ”

“Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.”

“The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

“My family of 6 plus our dog travelled 16 hours to spend a week at this house. We never got any checkin info from the management company. About an hour before our arrival I got nervous about not being able to access the property. I sent messages, called the company along with 2 emergency phone numbers on file with no answer. “The location itself is great. It's quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of many major attractions and dining/nightlife. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is perfect for a small group.The primary issue we ran into was a major leak between the kitchen and dining room. A leak itself is not typically an issue, it happens; however, this leak had clearly been ongoing for quite some time given the damage to the wall and mold growth leaving a strong must on the lower level.The……

“Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”
