“This cabin is very cute and romantic. Close to the winery but very private. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The wine is great and live entertainment was very good. Close to Hocking Hills and the cave trails. We will recommend this place to others and we will be back to stay again. ”

“We had a great time staying the evenings at the property while being close enough to hike all of the Hocking Hills trails and check out local attractions during the day. The hot tub and back deck glider were the perfect way to end the day. We couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace but did manage to use the hot tub and kitchen just fine! Would definitely stay again! Settlers Roost was the best due to being at the end of the lane so no traffic coming in or out.”

“We walked in and not a great first impression. The floor top to bottom felt like it hadn’t been swept. Dog fur on a number of things including our bedding. Lifted up the comforter to main bed, and it looked like a muddy dog jumped on it, but they didn’t change the sheets. 2 of 3 tvs didn’t work. That being said, we still had a good time. Hot tub was nice and clean. Fire pit would have been nice, but unfortunately for us once we realized we needed certain supplies for it, we got rain rest of the……

“Bath tub motor was not working. Could have kept bath essentials better as we couldn’t buy anything nearby. Same is the case with some basic groceries”

“Everything was pretty great, we really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were accommodating and responded quickly to questions. The hot tub was great and we didn’t find the temperature to be too cold like I believe another review said. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because our friends said the big upstairs bed was very uncomfortable. But if you’re only going with two people and don’t need to use the beds upstairs, then it was definitely 5 stars.”

“Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming.”

“Basic needs meet. I could make some recommendations for a better stay like : shortening the shower curtain so its not dragging inside the shower to trip on and a differnet shower head (theres no escaping being constantly sprayed in the face), the hot tub top basically falls out the aide of the balconey if you are not careful, and the bedroom needs a bedside lamp . ”
