“Pretty neighborhood, decent apartment but with a bar on the block there was a steady stream of drunk people yelling till at least 2 pm. Then cars reving their engines till 3. Top that with the hard bed and worse couch and we got very little sleep. Place would be good for those looking to hit the bars on Short North but not for those wanting rest”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Appartment. The beautiful and quiet location had everything we needed. And the place and vast grounds are spotlessly clean. We came to hike and unplug so the lack of cell service and internet wasn’t a big deal. Great memories were made on our mini spring break”

“This is close to campus and easy to get to and from campus from here. Place has a little wear and tear from rentals but ideal for a weekend near campus. I wish the description let you know it is a walk up unit without elevator access. Was considering renting again and bringing grandparents but will not accommodate them without an elevator. Great for a weekend visit”

“I stayed at Tom's rental for about a week while I was working up in Columbus recently. It was exactly as advertised. Nice, newly updated kitchen, and comfortable room and living quarters. This apartment is in the middle of town, so if you have a hard time sleeping with outside noise, you might need to sleep in the living room. Other than that, everything is positive except one tiny detail. The hot water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. It definitely works, and the water is decently……

“The only thing that could have made this stay better would have been that it didn’t rain.. but that is nothing that could be controlled. The first day my daughter and I took a little hike in the woods nearby and came up by the pasture where the horses where and she named one so lovingly “rainbow farts” (she is 6). The grounds were gorgeous and superbly kept. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the mattress was amazing and I didn’t wake up with my back hurting. My family and I would love……
