“The only thing that could have made this stay better would have been that it didn’t rain.. but that is nothing that could be controlled. The first day my daughter and I took a little hike in the woods nearby and came up by the pasture where the horses where and she named one so lovingly “rainbow farts” (she is 6). “This building was really cool and was built in the 1920's. The windows in this place were beautiful and there was so much natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. The furniture was comfortable but sparse. The neighborhood is really quiet. The neighborhood is in transition. There were some homes that had been fully renovated and some that were vacant. “We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to all downtown Logan has to offer. It was clean and comfortable and a great vibe! The game room was unnecessary and nothing worked/had the right things to play the games except the air hockey table, so definitely don’t book because of that! The juke box is also just ornamental. We only used the main sleeping area but it was super comfy! Overall, it was a great space for us and we would definitely book again! . ”

“The property was very clean, very secure, plenty of parking, although the parking plans were a little confusing. There is a concert hall next door, that plays mostly on Saturdays. They did have a DJ there one Saturday, till 2:00 in the morning. If you're in the vacation rental the sound from the outdoor concert is Extremely Loud. Luckily I was out until 12:30 a.m., but still the hour and a half of loud music was disturbing. But other than that my stay was excellent”

“Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. “Our extended family met together here for the Easter weekend, and it was a perfect fit for us. There was a large enough area to share meals together, but still all the space we needed to sprawl. The kids had fun exploring the property, playing pool and chilling in the tv game room. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and the two kitchens came in handy. “Pocket cabins was everything and more than we expected! Would love to stay there again and highly recommend! Very quiet location where you can hear only the sound of nature, with no light pollution!
