“L’Avenida was altogether lovely, bursting with character and style. The location was perfect, near the main square but tucked away and so quiet and peaceful. The room was on two levels and huge, a sitting room and wet room downstairs and a bedroom above. “The owner checked us in and was friendly to let us leave our backpacks on the day we checked out. The owner's mom who lives in the ground floor of the building was also friendly and spoke some English. The shared bathrooms were clean and not too small. There was 1 bathroom on each floor shared by 3-4 rooms which was not a problem for us. Wifi didn't work for me but my partner, which was ok for me as I had data. The building is 3 mins walk from town center, in a lovely block. Easy to get around……

We loved spending 5 nights here for our summer holiday in September. Location was really nice being around 25 min easy drive from Palma Airport and we hired a car so it was a great central base to visit lots of towns on the island (Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Pollenca, Alcudia, Palma etc) parking was really easy at a little car park down the road and you just had to walk up the hill to the hotel.
