“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“10/10 stay. Would highly recommend. We travelled as 2 friends seeking a relaxing city break. Comfortable rooms, ultra clean, stunning old building which is a former convent with a ton of history, beautiful (small) pool & terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, beautiful ambience and very calm & peaceful throughout this hotel. Very walkable to all of central Palma. We loved the breakfast and the focus on being eco friendly /sustainable. Joan @front of house was a fantastic representative……

“A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. ”

“Das Puro Hotel ist einzigartig, die Lage ist top und es liegt in den niedlichen engen Gassen von Palma. Circa 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale und Shoppingmöglichkeiten entfernt. “HN Jaime III er et dejligt hotel, MEN det var ikke klart, da vi kom. Der var håndværkere i fuld sving på trapper og gange. Spa afdelingen var lukket, så vi måtte op på et andet hotel. Vi modtog nogle dage forinden en besked på spansk. Vi forstod den ikke og spurgte, om de ville sende den på engelsk. Den modtog vi aldrig. Værelset var nyt og fint, og personalet var venlig. Alt i alt: Et godt hotel, der slet ikke var klart til gæster … og vi betalte fuld pris som om alt var i orden ”
