“All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! ”

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for……

“The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.”

“10/10 stay. Would highly recommend. We travelled as 2 friends seeking a relaxing city break. Comfortable rooms, ultra clean, stunning old building which is a former convent with a ton of history, beautiful (small) pool & terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, beautiful ambience and very calm & peaceful throughout this hotel. Very walkable to all of central Palma. We loved the breakfast and the focus on being eco friendly /sustainable. Joan @front of house was a fantastic representative……

“A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. ”

“HN Jaime III er et dejligt hotel, MEN det var ikke klart, da vi kom. Der var håndværkere i fuld sving på trapper og gange. Spa afdelingen var lukket, så vi måtte op på et andet hotel. Vi modtog nogle dage forinden en besked på spansk. Vi forstod den ikke og spurgte, om de ville sende den på engelsk. Den modtog vi aldrig. Værelset var nyt og fint, og personalet var venlig. Alt i alt: Et godt hotel, der slet ikke var klart til gæster … og vi betalte fuld pris som om alt var i orden ”
