“A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. ”

“Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und habe auch auf Wunsch unser Zimmer vom letzten Mal erhalten. Wir waren im 9 Stock und die Aussicht ein Traum. Das einzige aber auch wirklich das einzige, das die Zimmer erst ab 15 Uhr bezugsfertig sind. Wenn man morgens schon landet ist die Zeit bis 15 Uhr echt lang. Aber sonst ein super Hotel”

“- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free”

“The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.”
