“HN Jaime III er et dejligt hotel, MEN det var ikke klart, da vi kom. Der var håndværkere i fuld sving på trapper og gange. Spa afdelingen var lukket, så vi måtte op på et andet hotel. Vi modtog nogle dage forinden en besked på spansk. Vi forstod den ikke og spurgte, om de ville sende den på engelsk. Den modtog vi aldrig. Værelset var nyt og fint, og personalet var venlig.
