“The staff are very helpful and generous! The room door are so noisy when you open or close, so you can here other people going in and out. This hotel is very clean, a bit old but is closed to CGK Airport. The surrounding area is terrible, everything is a slum and very dirty ”

“Toilet broken, no wifi in room, when asked for a room with working toilet they said no and laughed it off.very small shower and only cold water, bed looked clean, ants in the hall ”

“We had a very relaxing stay prior to boarding our plane for the flight home. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many local choices on the menu. Afdal was helpful in showing us our breakfast options. We really appreciated being allowed to check in a little early by Cindy at the front desk. We were very tired from travel and this allowed us to get some much needed rest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice……

“It is connected to the airport so we were able to walk safely with our luggage! So convenient and affordable to stay at the airport while in transit. We will stay again The only thing that was not perfect was the breakfast food was not kept hot. The food was delicious and a lovely variety of things to eat ”
