“Other than a minor issue with the access code, our stay was flawless. This is a great house for large groups with or without kids. Excellent location. Convenient to everything you’ll need. We would definitely recommend this house. ”

“Peaceful and restful. Very large backyard with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it. The open kitchen/living area with island counter and stools is great for entertaining. It was just my daughter and I and we felt guilty renting such a large space, but we did have close family gather before dinner at a local restaurant and everyone loved it. The proximity to downtown is ideal.”

“The cozy space offered so much comfort and amenities. There are restaurants and shops a short few blocks away. The river is a street away for a relaxing morning or evening run/walk. ”

“We LOVED this property! Besides a Florida beach condo, this is the only time we've ever tried a VRBO, and it was perfect. We were travelling to TX for a family wedding, and this made our stay so much better than trying to get hotel rooms for 5 adults. If we ever go back to that part of TX, I would want to stay in the same place.”

“We loved the stay! A couple things that weren't deal breakers for us but might be for others. The listing isn't clear that it's a shared property, luckily I figured it out after seeing the other listing with the same pool pictured and researched. I was able to get friends to book the partnering listing and we had a great time. I would've been disappointing sharing the pool and pool house with strangers for me though. The listing also isn't clear that the owners are on property. Again, not a deal……

“My family enjoyed our stay at Emily's place. The house had been recently remodeled and was very clean. We had a little trouble with the code to get in initially, but Emily quickly addressed the issue. The overall floor plan worked well for our family (5 adults and two kids). The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood just a short distance from downtown shops.”

“It was a very nice property that we stayed at for my son’s wedding. The wedding cenue was nearby, so it was a convenient location. The house was large and accommodated our family perfectly. There was everything that we needed at the house. ”
