“When we arrived the home was in good order and I had a text with the keypad combination. This place was a good fit for our trip. It had plenty of room and resources, it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, Six Flags, Sea World, and the shooting complex. There are notes posted everywhere to guide you through various tasks, such as operating the washing machine, flushing the toilet, and doing the dishes. I tend to think these tasks are common sense, so it must mean they have had some below……

“The cabin was amazing. Easy to check in and check out, all appliances were easy to use, the cabin was super clean. And really nice hot tub and pool area. With a pretty awesome view of the Texas sky at night. We loved are stay!”

“The Vrbo did not mention it is a condo. We expected a single family house.Also, I did not see that stairs were mentioned. However, our 1 year old loved the stairs.Overall a lovely and spacious place to stay!Thank you.”

“I’m writing this review on behalf of my family of 6. (Kids ages 9-16)To start, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s extremely spacious . As a larger family i’m always worried about space. Especially with teenagers as they usually like to hang around no one But I will say the layout, allowed for the teenagers to be up stairs and the under kids to be close to me and my husband.The home is located very close to a HEB and a few minutes fr downtown Boerne. “This place was a great place to"get away" from the hustle and bustle of life. You can relax outdoors and indoors. The property was vast and we could fish and hike to see the exotic animals. We all had a great time!”

“Peaceful, quiet farmhouse! If you really need to get away from it all, this is a good spot. We really enjoyed feeding and watching the deer and just sitting on the wrap around porch. The hot tub at night was fun. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the guest mattresses need to be replaced. The owners are very responsive and live on the property. We had some issues with the septic and oven which I’m sure were addressed. But we loved the cozy……

“The location and decor was wonderful. Whoever did the interior design is gifted! We love the atmosphere.However, many things made the property feel as if it was remodeled and decorated, but then forgotten by the owners and maintenance. It had a “rent, clean and repeat” vibe unfortunately.The front door handle fell of at least 10 times while we were staying, then on our second day the back door patio door handle started falling off. Looked like it hadn’t been tightened in years. The vents had……

“This place is all about the little details. I don't even know where to start. First of all the property was well located and close to both Fiesta Texas, Sea World and a short 25 min drive to the Riverwalk. The house comes with several amenities like a hot tub, electric fire place, large tvs. It was clean and tidy and the furnishing were nice. Everything in the house is labeled with a lable maker to make it easy to find what you are looking for. The home has a garage for parking, which was super……
