“Always great to stay at this perfect little house in the hills.”

“Perfect location in relation to Main. Easy walk if it wasn’t so cold, and right by the Dodging Duck which is a great little place for food, local brew and live music. House is so stinking cute and cozy. Had everything we needed. Didn’t mind hand washing dishes. Would stay here again if we come back to Boerne. ”

“Beautiful country side. There were a few things that could be addressed. Conflicting directions for where cottage was located, where key was located, no clear directions on how to operate many of the appliances, hot tub, , Bulbs out, AC in Lvg rm didn’t work. Nails in floor that kept catching so had to wear shoes. ”

“This is a cute cozy place. Great fenced yard for pets. Close to downtown, but far enough away in quiet neighborhood. We will booked this again on our next stay in Bandera! The host were wonderful. ”

“Would not recommend this property. The neighborhood you have to drive through to get there is shady at best bordering on scary and dangerous. There was a strange loud truck that parked at the entrance of the property then sped away as I existed the property early Sunday morning.I just ended up staying at the Best Western in Bandera. This is not a spot for a VRBO. It reminds me of that Hilton commercial about having a "scary stay"”

“During the day couldn’t stay in living room. Due to a/c not cooling. The kitchen and dining floors were dirty. Refrigerator freezer was dirty and an empty ice bag left the n freezer. The water was too low in the river water was stagnant. We left one day early.”

"All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana"
