“The Gold Floor experience is indeed gold! Besides the fabulous lounge experience which included a wonderful breakfast and snacks, the concierge service was above and beyond. They accommodated our many meetings and provided exceptional service. ”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Wonderful experience at Motel Chelsea. Check-in was very easy and they provided clear and helpful instructions. The room itself was so nice and filled with helpful notes and instructions to make our stay very easy. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they left a personal note for us which was so thoughtful! Great amenities in the room like a Dyson hairdryer, record player and fireplace. We want to come back and stay again to experience some of the fun things they seem to have on-site……
