“The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next……

“quite a new hotel with great services, well equipped and centrally located. Just 5 mins walk to a mall with a supermarket and restaurants. 8 mins walk to twin towers (KLCC), very convenient.”

“Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.”

“女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。 部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。 担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。 備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。 駅からも2分くらいの距離。 繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。 屋上からの夜景も最高でした。 また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。”

“check in, check out 철저한 보안 좋았습니다. 주변 위치 최상이고 수영장은 이용해보진 않았지만 마트 가면서 확인했는데 시설 관리 잘 되어있습니다! 침대도 충분해서 6명 단체 여행에 적합했습니다. 카드키도 두 개 지급해서 편리했습니다. 매니저가 빠른 체크인과 보증금 중개 업체 오류로 고생을 좀 해서 미안하면서 고마워요! Appreciate Sojib”

“Not ideal for checking-in from the airport, the host will ask you to provide an accurate time to check in so that their staff will come and give you the key. The check-out process is slow, too. Almost missed my flight because of this”
