“The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Like it's prime location because there is a 24hrs convenient store, a lot foods store nearby and after midnight there is also Teow Chew porridge round the corner. ”

“On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. "We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training. Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. "
