“ I like the friendly and absolute way the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, after Expedia allowed me to book a two bedroom at a resort that Expedia clearly knew did not have that amenity. I booked with you not the resort, so I depended on your knowledge of the resort amenities. I blame you for this misinformation, not the resort.
