“Everything was easy for check in and check out. The property was clean and we had some of the best sleep in the beds(they were excellent). I would only say it was a bot stuffy at first but that is expected if it isn't used all the time. Location was excellent. ”

“Nice unit. You should really reverse the refrigerator door so that the hinge is on the left side, otherwise you're up agaist the wall looking in. If I had my tools with me I'd have fixed it for you. It's an easy 1/2 hr job. Also some of your cabinet cushions are missing or deteriorated. Thanks for bringing us coffee that first night! ”

“Very nice 2 bedroom unit that looks to have been renovated recently. The kitchen was small but the space was maximized nicely and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights during our stay. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway.We're looking to move to that part of TN next year, and during our next trip out to look at property, we will definitely be booking with Julie again. ”

“Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. This made us very uncomfortable and we were concerned about our safety and that of our vehicle overnight. The rooms looked as……

“We stay at 2-3 VRBO’s every year and this one has been the most comfortable and cleanest with all the new and modern conveniences. It would be the kind of place I would want to live in when we downsize eventually from our four bedroom home ”
