“It was very nice. Pool was clean. Kitchen was ample for us to cook a couple meals.”

“Very nice 2 bedroom unit that looks to have been renovated recently. The kitchen was small but the space was maximized nicely and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights during our stay. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway.We're looking to move to that part of TN next year, and during our next trip out to look at property, we will definitely be booking with Julie again. ”

“The apartment was very comfortable. We didn't realize that it was upstairs. It was very hot temperature wise. Our manager was sending me e-mails. But I wasn't getting them. But once we were inside everything was perfect. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and very nice to return to after sightseeing. Once we had the wifi everything was a lot better on both sides. The house/apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.”

“Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. We loved the fact that this little gem is tucked……

“It was the perfect place to access all the trails😍, if there was any improvements that could be done, id say the driveway in the back needs a little more definition as our trailers were large.”

“My husband, sons and I were in town for our daughter's whitecoat ceremony at LMU. The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment has ample space and was comfortable for the four of us.The only negative was the access to the stairs. It had rained the day of our arrival and the path to the stairs was a muddy mess. ”
