“We were in the area for wedding activities and this place was great for access to Urbanna. More importantly it gave us a place to relax between gatherings. “The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again. The host was nice and prompt with answers to our questions. A nice restaurant within the community too”

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……

“We arrived to find a luxurious apartment that had welcome notes on the fridge and notepad, a bowl on the table filled with snacks, complimentary dish soap, laundry soap, grocery cooler bag, and bathroom toiletries. The pool is beautiful! Beyond our expectations! Nicest place we have ever stayed. Great to come back after long days of activities and enjoy a full kitchen to make a meal in the air conditioning. “The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. The TV is so old you can't stream or connect HDMI, so it's just commercial cable, and it doesn't swivel. Not the end of the world, but in a resort room in the evening it's crazy……
