“About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics."……

“House was as listed. Very comfortable for a large group. Kitchen was equipped very well. All the extra towels were great too. Lock code was randomly changed but owner was prompt in correcting. Persons over 5'10" feet may need to duck to use showers and heads were fairly low. As others noted some bugs, but as expected with a house this age.”

“We took a quick trip to enjoy Busch Gardens for a couple days and this was the perfect place to stay. Just a few short minutes from Busch Gardens and downtown Williamsburg. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The owners added several extra touches and communication was stellar. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for our family get-away. It should be noted that even though we stayed on the Kingsmill property, we were not able to make tee times and play golf which we've been able to do in the past. Guessing the policy has changed if you do not book through the resort. No problem though as there are planty of golf courses around and we had not trouble getting a tee time at a very nice course. the location we had was also very nice and……
