“Wir haben 11 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. In der Finca stehen mehrere Wohnungen zur Verfügung. Unsere war sehr geräumig und wir hatten alles da was wir brauchten. Ein Backofen und ein Geschirrspüler wären dann noch die Kirsche oben drauf gewesen. Ansonsten wurde täglich gereinigt. Der schönste Strand von Lagos (eigene Meinung) war innerhalb von nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“The apartment was just as described. Very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need.The pool area is lovely and was very quiet and peaceful.Hosts were very welcoming.Location was great. Close to all amenities but far enough away from the strip so you couldnt hear any noise at night.We will definately book again when visiting Albuferia.”

“Die FeWo fanden wir von der Lage, Größe und Ausstattung optimal. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Strand und den Restaurants. Parkplatz ist etwas Glückssache, wir fanden immer einen Platz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar, Antworten kamen immer prompt. Gute Empfehlungen zum Essen gehen (uns gefiel am besten das Casa Nova - schöne Lage, guter Service, klasse Essen). Die Zufahrt zum Appartement ist wg. Baustelle im Ort etwas umständlich (Stand 05/2025), aber dafür kann die FeWo……

“Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。”

“We have had the most wonderful 10 days in Lagos. The apartment exceeded our expectations, spacious , bright, clean as a pin . With 3 balconies there is additional outside space to spread out . The apartment is furnished beautifully and is so well equipped. It is obviously loved which I would suggests encourages one to really look after the place . The pool area is fantastic , there is plentiful easy parking and is only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach.Highly recommend. Iain ”

“Very nice property with 3 restaurants in the complex. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it and just a short walk to the Oura strip to enjoy night life, restaurants and bars as well as Oura beach. The complex is very clean and you can enjoy quiet pool side. The host is very quick in answering questions. It was a lovely stay!! Thank you Maria :)”
