“Sehr schöne, großzügige, gut gesicherte Anlage. Sehr schöne, geräumige und helle Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet mit dem "Vorteil", dass es nur 5 portugiesische TV-Programme gibt. Gelernt: es geht auch ohne! Internet leider sehr instabil für Laptop. Handys o.k. Heizung im Winter mit Klimaanlage wie immer in Portugal leicht problematisch: dauert lange bis die ausgekühlte, klamme Wohnung wohnlich warm wird. Gebläse leicht lästig. Haben uns insgesamt 5 Wochen lang wohl gefühlt.”

“We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. The location is superb with several……

“This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future. ”

“The first half of this trip was a family vacation with our granddaughter and children. Having the baby supplies (crib, high chair, baby gate etc) was great as we were travelling from out of the country. Our son was still working so we appreciated the great wifi. Weather was not as good as we had hoped but still managed to get in a few hikes and beach days. Baby dipped her toe in the ocean for the first time.Second half of the trip was with friends and since the weather was much improved we did……

“Appartement très bien situé, couchages bien pensés. Très contente ! Piscine au top ! Appartement propre. Proprietaire disponible. Seul petit bémol : isolation entre les voisins. Nous avions des voisins irrespectueux qui hurlaient des 7h30 du matin. Nous les entendions comme si nous étions dans la chambre. Je recommande !”

“My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and had such a nice view. This property had an enormous pool with a fantastic view, along with a little restaurant/bistro and bar on site. We took a short walk to an amazing beach and short distance to Old Town that has so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Our hosts also recommended a fantastic restaurant along the boardwalk. Definitely recommend :)!!”
