“What I liked was location walking distance to beach and a few restaurants. What I didn’t like is I would like some dining or breakfast accommodations at the resort in the event it’s raining and you don’t want to walk down to the other dining options. Small market nearby as well. ”

“We loved everything about our 4 week stay at this beautiful home. Amazing views, and a comfortable and well thought out floor plan that would suit a group of 6 - 8. Nicely finished interior with a modern aesthetic . That being said, I’m guessing the property is 20+ years old with original finishing, appliances, dishes, bedding, air conditioners, blinds and tile work. There is water damaged walls inside and out. This gem deserves a refresh! Sad to see the gorgeous pool with missing or poorly……

“The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication”

“We had a great stay at Janelo do Mar. The villa is in a great location near restaurants and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We had a few issues which Isabel did her best to sort out. One point I would raise is the lack of lighting by the BBQ area. We were only a family of 4 so could eat during the evening at the small table outside the villa overlooking the pool but we couldn’t see to BBQ! The bathrooms are modern and towels and toilet roll are supplied which is a nice touch. Also some……

“Such a spacious and cozy villa! We were welcomed by Carolina who already started a fire in the cool weather. We did some hiking and lots of walking, cooked a couple of meals. Such a relaxing spot, thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the howling wind and rain storm one night. Beautiful area to explore!”
