“As a native of Carthage, it was nice to find a rental home within the village. The house was very nice, It could use additional seating in the living room and dressers in the non-primary bedrooms, but it was wonderful. The fenced yard in backyard was Nice for our dog. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.”

“We brought our teens to go white water rafting for the weekend. The house was super close to the rafting place and it was comfortable. The bathroom layout is a bit odd because you have to walk through the bathrooms to get to the bedrooms, but we made it work. The kitchen was a bit light on pots and pans but otherwise great. The appliances were a bit confusing but they did give us directions. There is no traditional oven but a microwave convection oven. We had planned on making pizza and bacon……

“Great place at the end of a snowmobile trail spur that is groomed. Leave from the driveway, 200 yards and you're riding. The hosts are very nice people and are friendly to chat with. ”

“This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! “Enjoyable time! Morning coffee looking out on Lake Ontario was great! Every sunset we took multiple photos. I would stay here again. ”

“We just completed a week long stay in August of 2024. We had 7 adults (parents and adult kids) and the house was perfect for all of us! The house was beautifully decorated and yet comfortable enough to feel at home and relax in (we had a couple of rainy indoor days to spend doing indoor board games and movie watching during the week). The bedrooms were airy and light but had darkening curtains for privacy and daytime napping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and a dream for prepping, as……
