“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”
