“Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. The bathroom could use more hooks for drying beachwear. I think instructions or information in general could be……

“WOW! Cannot say enough about this property besides our group will be returning. I came for a weekend away with 12 women and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and found everything we could have hoped for and more. The owner met us to show us around the HUGE property and made sure we had what we needed (wifi, thermostats, working the TVs, etc.). “We stayed with another couple, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Price difference to local hotels (2 rooms) was negligible so this option was a definite no-brainer. Nice gated community, big clean house with lots of room, and impeccable morning sun patio with a relaxing river view, great for bird watching. “Amazing home and beautiful property right on Lake Michigan. We didn't need to bring any of the usual items such as toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags, as they were plenty of each. Kitchens were well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware and utensils. Only a few minor problems. We could not get the codes to work for check-in, but was resolved with a couple of calls to Vacasa. There was a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms and a dirty pot on the stove in the kitchen.……
