“Large, clean and super convenient to all fun New Buffalo activities! Many beds and baths and the right amount of shared space for a large group--including a glassed in back porch and a basement community area and a covered front porch. The heated community pool is steps away and, if it is busy or inclement, the private hottub is just out back. Barney's (best and most expensive ever grocery store) is just a ten minute walk. We made it to Stray Dog this year, also a 10 minute walk. The beach……

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described-perfect for the few days we were there. The setting was peaceful, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It is a quiet older neighborhood and when you look at the information binder it addresses the vacant house next door.When we first arrived, the water had a strong "rotten egg" smell, but the host was responsive and let us know it was likely due to a recently installed……

“Cute little cottage that is close to Lake Michigan beaches. We did run into a plumbing issue the first morning there where the bathroom toilet clogged and the shower stopped draining, but it was handled that day and they were very responsive. We also had a bit of an ant issue, they had someone out to spray the day after we reported it, but even with that, the ants did continue to be an issue. That being said, it is a nice little place to go for vacation. ”

“I booked this cottage and then there was a problem w/ the well so John upgraded me to Livingston's Fabulous Beach House--a 3-bedroom house nearby. This review reflects my stay at the Beach House, which was a peaceful, airy, welcome retreat. John was most gracious in making this upgrade change and I had a fabulous few days to myself......95 steps down to beautiful beaches where I could walk for miles.
