“We had a wonderful weekend at Stacey’s home. The place was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. The lawn was great and right on a shallow sandy swim area. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive answering all of our questions, and check in was very easy. Great spot overall on Diamond Lake! ”

“This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery. “ Charming little house was in a perfect location. Check in was easy and house was very clean. Easy short walk to downtown St. Joseph, restaurants and shopping. Golf course was short drive. The owner, Cindy, was very helpful with suggestions for dining and events. There a fire house right next door and a church behind the house, so sleeping was a challenge at times since the church chimes ring EVERY hour all night long! Thank goodness there werent any sirens at night from the fire station too! ”

There was even a small Christmas tree and some holiday decorations. The master bed was very comfortable. There was a back yard that my small dog could use off leash once I figured out how to get the gate open.
