“Charming cottage. Peaceful area. ”

“ Charming little house was in a perfect location. Check in was easy and house was very clean. Easy short walk to downtown St. Joseph, restaurants and shopping. Golf course was short drive. The owner, Cindy, was very helpful with suggestions for dining and events. There a fire house right next door and a church behind the house, so sleeping was a challenge at times since the church chimes ring EVERY hour all night long! Thank goodness there werent any sirens at night from the fire station too! ”

“We stayed 4 nights in mid-December. The house was located near family that we were visiting. The house is charming with lots of train theme and antique décor. There was even a small Christmas tree and some holiday decorations. The master bed was very comfortable. There was a back yard that my small dog could use off leash once I figured out how to get the gate open. The home has a short driveway which was too small for our full size pickup truck, we unfortunately had to park in the road and……

“We had a lovely time. The home was very clean. The master bath was impressive! Cleaning people need to get under beds better, and when I stripped my bed before we left, I found a small vial of eye drops in the bedding. Wondered how it got there, since it wasn't mine....looked like a prescription. Plenty of dishes and silverware. They even had things in the refrigerator we could have used it we needed them. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved the location in a very quiet setting. There was ample space for our family of 7. We loved the screened in porch. The house smelled amazing but I gave cleanliness a 4 because it didn’t look like the kitchen floor had been mopped. However, my kitchen floor needs mopped all the time. 😂 It wasn’t ideal for my one year old grandson because of the steps down to the living areas. They are not easily noticeable if you aren’t paying attention you can walk right off of them. My husband and……

“We loved the opportunity for a glamping experience while in town for a ND game. The bedding was warm enough that we were warm all night despite the chilly temps. The hot shower was a nice addition!”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and didn’t mind the 10 minute walk to the beach. It’s a beautiful setting. We spent our meals and played games on the screened in porch. We did bring a couple of our own camping chairs because we noticed there weren’t many chairs in the pictures. We were glad we did so.”

“We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes and this was a favorite for sure! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and situated in the perfect place! The outdoor patio and fire pit was an added bonus each day! We had breakfast on the patio and a fire each evening. Thank you for sharing you home with us!”

“My aunt, sister and I spent a long weekend here to unwind and be together. The cottage was a wonderful place for this with a hot tub and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time here! ”

“This cottage was everything we needed for a home away from home! There was plenty of space for my husband, me, and our 3 boys when we came to visit. It was clean, equipped with all the essentials, the most important coffee! Val was even nice enough to get a crockpot so my husband could come home to nice warm meal after his long days at work! “This is a sweet little house in one of our favorite neighborhoods. A short drive to Hagar Park for beaching and sunsets and a great yard for roasting marshmallows. The house is quite spacious for its size and there are 2 spaces for hanging out: off the kitchen and the living room. Beds are comfy and the couch in the living room is big enough for everyone to watch a late nite movie. Thank you for sharing this house with us. ”
