“Nous avons réservé cet appartement et notre séjour a été très décevant. • Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivée, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. Malgré de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a été livrée au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a été effectué pour le reste des problèmes signalés. • Propreté insuffisante : L’appartement était dans un mauvais état : vitres sales, moquette tachée, machine à café non vidée, vaisselle sale,……

“We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!”

“Wir wurden im Hotel Helvetia besonders freundlich umsorgt und fühlten uns fast wie in Österreich. Und das will etwas heissen in der Schweiz! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen SPA Bereich und auch sonst alles was man benötigt ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Verbesserungsfähig: - Frühstück (für den Preis) - Qualität des Kaffees beim Frühstück”
