“Nice, well supplied 1 bedroom in downtown Denver near Coors field. Included indoor parking a big plus. Eclectic decorated apartment. Bathtub/shower may be an issue since step in bathtub with no support bars or handles. Would stay again.”

“The place is right in the heart of downtown with walking distance to the 16th Street Mall. There is a short driving distance to various places such as Ball Arena and the Denver Aquarium. I loved how my son and I had separate spaces that we could shut the door to wind down at night. I was able to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. There is a washer and dryer in the unit to keep laundry clean while staying there. Overall, I had a great time staying at this place.”

“We came to town with 2 other couples (6 people total) to attend a charity event on Saturday night. This condo has it all! It was the perfect place to stay (quiet with tons of amenities!) and was within walking distance to the Four Seasons (for the event) and any shop or restaurant we could possibly want. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a weekend or an entire week! Dawn was a dream to work with and was very easy to comminicate with. No downside at all here... don't think, if……

“First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!”

“After many rentals during my extensive travels, this one, entitled “luxury” in the heading but was average at best. It was obvious from the beginning, that the owner left the cleanliness, care and attention up to perhaps the housekeepers. It was by far cleaner when I left it than when I found it. The train noise is a real problem for light sleepers!! Often times, the entire building shakes and the noise is deafening out on the patio. The cookware is old and worn out and the disposal wasn’t……

“So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable……

“We stayed here during a conference and the place was great! Very clean and welcoming. There were a ton of local restaurants within walking distance and the 16th street mall was only about a 15 minute walk. We were particularly impressed with how well-stocked this place was and although the refrigerator went out on our second day, it was fixed fairly quickly – these things happen. “was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”

"Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite noisy at night. The breakfast options were limited, but they had my favorite orange juice, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. I hope they can offer more variety in the future. The noise from the neighboring room was noticeable but didn't last long. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
