“I really enjoyed the stay. The appliances need a upgrade or a service check. The biggest issue is the neighbors do not respect the parking so 60% of the time someone parked in the assigned spot. ”

“We loved this location. It was easy to get around the city and easy to get away. Walk a couple of blocks and you feel like your in the suburbs or a few blocks and your at Union station. The rooms were very clean comfortable and safe. We would highly recommend it.”

“Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything……

The shuffleboard table and outdoor spaces kept us busy. The parking lot (customer pay) is very convenient and a lot of scooters are available on the street. Great stay!”

“I’ll keep it short and sweet. This is a home run property if you’re looking for some walkability and a nice downtown Denver headquarters. Wonderful facilities. Cute rooftop area for great views. Spacious condo with TV’s ready to stream movies or music. Balcony was chefs kiss and the owner/mgr was very communicative and even promptly alerted me to the cleaner finding a left wallet. 100% would recommend. Thanks! -Anthony”
