“We've been traveling to Denver with dogs for years, but this is first time we've stayed in Tennyson Street neighborhood. Cory's guesthouse was perfect for us & our 2 small dogs. Everything you need including a great neighborhood to walk about and enjoy lovely old & new homes with beautiful gardens & small ethnically diverse eateries of all stripes. “Enjoyed a week stay, loved the location and walkability to old town. Owner made sure everything went fine, which it did. House is charming, good for small family, enjoyed sitting on porch. We would stay there again.”

“The property is super cute, convenient, and the hosts are very attentive. We had a great time there!”

“Enjoyed our stay here! Celebrated an early Christmas here with 2 grandkids and my son and his wife. Comfortable beds and furniture! There was a cute park across the street to play with the kids. Owner brought over an electric grill for us - so kind ! We stayed in and cooked meals together as family. The only thing missing was a hot pad to take our cookies out of the oven - but we made do :). Wonderful home and great communication with host ! Highly recommend ”

We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available.
