“La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si……

“We enjoyed our two weeks at David's home. Just a few blocks from our daughter's home in Denver which was a treat. I was able to shop at Sprout's, cook some favorite dishes in his kitchen, watch good TV, and best of all, walk in City Park. Great washer and dryer and we loved the "fireplace!"”

“Apartment was clean and had all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Stayed for 31 days. Location was great for restaurants in downtown Lafayette and easy access to all major highways. Would stay here again next time in Colorado. Mark is a great host. Thanks. Jim and Karen”

“Michele was a great host, and the apartment is comfortable. The location worked well for me, and having access to a garage for parking was a bonus. It might be worth noting for future renters that the apartment is up a flight of steps. ”

“Good communication with property owner and easy to access apartment. Close to ballpark, Union Station, and conference center. Easy, flat walk Restaurant downstairs was closed during my stay (no fault of property owner) but looked lovely. It was nice to have access to a number of rooms. Perfect for a single person. No doors between floors or rooms, so might have been more difficult if I was staying with my family.”

“We were so impressed. It was super cozy and clean. The owner was very attentive and made sure our stay/temperature was ok. I 10/10 would stay again! And I will if we come back to the Denver area. ”

“This worked well for us! The bed was definitely soft, locale was quiet and within walking distance of many great restaurants. Only negative is the street parking but that is out of the hosts control. ”

“This is a beautiful well-kept little property. The only complaint would be that it was a bit noisy at times as it is a basement unit. However, that is to be expected given it’s a basement. ”

“was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”

"Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite noisy at night. The breakfast options were limited, but they had my favorite orange juice, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. I hope they can offer more variety in the future. The noise from the neighboring room was noticeable but didn't last long. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
