“Great little cottage at a lake. Super well appointed with pots, pans, gas grill, etc.... great hosts very attentive! ”

“Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. ”

“This was perfect for us and a great walking location. We were able to relax and have some light bites to eat while in town for a wedding.”

“Was a little nervous with the square footage but boy they have maximized every inch of this house. Lake was glorious, rooms were comfortable and all the extras were top notch. Already booked another stay for later this year. Such a perfect place for our family.”

“This is a fantastic little property. We stayed here to go to the Brimfield flea market and it was ridiculously close. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it's got a beautiful view of the lake and a little dock that you can sit on and sip your wine. Gus was absolutely wonderful to work with and there were fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine when we walked in. As well as some nice little treats in the fridge for us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ”

“Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want. I kayaked everyday exploring the shoreline and watching for birds. The cottage was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and an assortment of chairs and couches were available for lounging, viewing the……

“We loved staying at Joe's place! My mom, son and I stayed 5 days and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed all of the outdoor areas and loved being able to sit by the water. The outdoor shower was a highlight. We used it every day. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Thank you Joe for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place. ”
