“Brand new hotel. Very nice. Reception & breakfast staff were wonderful. Only gave "area around property" a 3 because it's just part of commercial/mall area. Not my cup of tea. ”

“The location was absolutely great. The hotel is in front of the mill pond and is literally a few minutes walk to the village area. The staff was really nice, i had requested for a room with a view which was fortunately available and so we got it. The night view from the hotel was surreal. Room was really good. We were 5 in total and enjoyed our trip. I heard Christmas time is really beautiful, so might plan again around that time. Thank you Westin, It would have been nice if breakfast was……

I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”
