“There was no light fixture working in kitchen area, no microwave, no paper towels, no ice cube trays, no ice, no coffee, tea bags, no creamers, no sugar, no Kleenex etc.We could not get in our unit until 5:30 when we were told check in was 4:00 pmThere was no pool key in our room, so no access to pool. Our TV did not work at all. The host attempted to get it to work with no avail. She offered to bring us new batteries for remote but that was not the problem. We were looking forward to watching……
