“Fabulous little hotel. Our room very very quiet, lovely big towels, nice toiletries, very clean and friendly staff. We chose a room with a ‘courtyard’ view, this was a mistake. There was no courtyard, just a wall! However we didn’t mind this, we hated the huge outside blind which obscured the view of the wall, but also meant there was very little natural light in the room. Apart from this is was a perfect little hotel. ”

“lo elegí por su excelente y céntrica situación, aunque el barrio no acaba de mejorar: sigue avejentado y sucio, y poco seguro, yo he vivido en él más de 20 años aunque hay que decir que el hotel ha mejorado extrarordinariamente su colocación en el mapa mundi y la gente viajera del hotel parecían muy naturales y orgánicos como el local sabiamente decorado con cuadros vvivos y naturales, como le dije al recpcionista,,volveremos”

“Fabulous boutique hotel - lovely rooms with good facilities and a little balcony. All the staff were so helpful with anything I needed or had questions about. “This place is great. Central in old town, close to metro, tram, the cathedral, the Ribeira market, and in a very lively area with restaurants and bars (pinxtos!). I accidentally loaded the Bilbao transit card with too much credit, so I used the tram to go where I would normally walk to (eg the Guggenheim) and I'm thankful the Arriaga tram stop was a 2minute walk from this place. The bldg felt secure, code needed to enter the bldg, the elevator, and the room. The property was very new and clean.……
