“We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!……

“A lovely property, very clean, and everything you might need was available (such as crockery/cutlery/fridge/cooker). The owners were busy but fully available for any queries you may have - both charming people. Blackpool centre/Tower etc are very close, a few minutes walk, but the area around the property was quiet and i felt safe entering or leaving the property. The trams on the promenade are also a few minutes walk away. ”

“I like the Imperial but it would have been nice if the telephone in the room worked and there had been room service. There was no information as to how to use the shower. I would have liked the tv to have subtitles. The room was spacious and comfortable also reasonably priced and in a good location.”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
