“Great hotel, we had amazing time with our sausage dog , very friendly staff! Great food, good location, clean room and bathroom, fantastic breakfast, matteracce a bit hard and bed quite small, tv needs upgrade we are wearing glasses couldn’t see properly tv too small! Shaun and Brown hair receptionist working super hard and long hours they should get some bonus for great customer service! Good value for money! Highly recommended, definitely come back! ”

“The staff were all wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The lady who was on the night time reception was just amazing! Because of the staff, I would book again. “Please don't go by the pictures, they are just of the bedroom and kitchen. The rest is like living in the roughest neighborhoods of Uk. There's dirty nappies, old carpets, rubbish & mattresses, all across the street. Most of the properties there are boarded up. There's NO parking. The property management didn't have our place ready until 7pm on the day of arrival. We had to sit in our car to wait for them. We had driven 6 hours, from the south. "The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
