“Everything adequate for my 3 day stay. Never had any meals there.”

“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive. I then asked about car parking, to be told i could add my registration number to the welcome form and payment would……

“The room and hotel was elaborate and classy, with a kingsize 4 poster bed. The drapes around the bed and at the window, were swags and tails, with the period furniture that fits in with the hotel. All very grand. The only downfall was that the window was a bit shaky causing a banging noise, which disturbed our sleep at times.”

“We were unable to use the pool and jacuzzi due to it being full of men and as a female i didn't feel comfortable in that environment. I found the breakfast very unsatisfying considering the cost, it was luke warm and no offer of eggs cooked other than scrambled which was swimming in water”

“Everything I needed for a stay. Clean and comfortable. Great location to walk to all main points.”

“We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“Loved the room, it was clean and roomy, plenty of wardrobe space, beds very comfortable, and we found out that it’s dog friendly, which it’s brilliant for the family that doesn’t want to leave their beloved dog with someone else, would recommend to everyone and will return as soon as I can.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“Really Clean , staff super helpful. Room comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only downsides was noise from other rooms waking us up early. We had breakfast on one day and found that by the time we had arrived the hot buffet section was lacking ”
