“Great for parking spaces, ideal location close to M55, M6 jnct. Large comfy bed, tea & coffee in room. But.... room needs a refurb, it resembled my sons Uni dorm. Lots cleaner though !! We spent a day atBarton Grange garden centre and Garstang village. Cafes, shops, pubs, walks by river countryside, sunshine, evening meal with wine ..great. ”

“Really Clean , staff super helpful. Room comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only downsides was noise from other rooms waking us up early. We had breakfast on one day and found that by the time we had arrived the hot buffet section was lacking ”

“We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“Stayed there a few times over the years . Good location for an over night stop etc. Clean and tidy over all. Friendly staff. It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership? (The tv in the room had seen better days with occasional unresponsive controls. Wi-fi did not load up.)”
