“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the……
