“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”
“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday.
Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”
“We had a great stay and a pleasant experience here. The rooms were simple and clean. The host made us feel welcome at their place. Breakfast options were excellent. We felt warm and cozy during our stay. Thank you sir for the UK travel recommendations as well..”

“Good property, good for solo travellers and better than a hostel. Cleanliness was good as well. Only thing was a towel had some (washed) hair stuck to it, and the desk was a bit dated with marks on it but these are minor things. The lady who worked at reception during day time was very nice!
Tube is 1-2 min away but unfortunately you could hear it when the window was open, although that didn’t bother me. ”
"Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me."
