“Nice”

“I only get to stay here once a year which is a shame as it’s a lovely place to stay and the food offering is amazing! The rooms are more like small chalets in a separate building, nothing flash but have everything you need and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, looking forward to next stay. ”

“We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees. There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40. This was made up for by being able to use the spa after check out the following day. The……

“Quite and relaxing ”

“Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.”

“Very Nice Hotel”

“Beautiful lakeside setting one side, busy road the other (which you can hear but isnt too bad to watch tv/sleep). Decent size bathroom, hot water and good pressure. Decent size twin room with lots of counter space. Tiny tv but lots of channels. Good heating with fast results, plus a ceiling fan for summer is brilliant. Lots of electric sockets and 2 x usb ports. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were awful! One was lumpy, one hard, one thin which was the only negative for our sleep. Late……
