“Location: Great location as it was an esy walk to everythingvyet far enouhh away from the crowds. Hotel: Very nice, clean, modern. Has a wonderful roof top deck with bar and pool which provide great views over the city and water. Gym is very well equiped. Great breakfast. Rooms: very nice and clean. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff: Wonderful and especially the breakfast staff. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. San Sebastian is a wonderful city to visit.”

They don't guarantee parking, but we were able to park in the driveway and leave the key with the staff, and they managed to move cars around and fit everyone in, which was great. We had a little balcony, and could see the view, which I recommend requesting. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
