“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para……

“We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy. ”

“Property was in a state of aging and lack of upkeep. Air conditioner worked but loud. shower stall leaked across floor. Pool closed on first door and then later opened. Area down the hill very busy and crowded at night with confusing one ways and street guards. Basic place for locals (one night) but not much for foreigners. Hotel that is past its prime and used by some locals for work stay.”

“Looks can be deceiving. Although comfortable and oceanfront, the value was not there. There was a TV in the room, but zero reception, the staff was very attentive except for the restaurant. Unfortunately there was a corporate team building event that dominated the restaurant leaving other guest to themselves. Do not plan on eating anywhere except for the hotel restaurant as there are no options. The restaurant food was below avergae and even when one of our dishes had a dead fly, the server……
