“My husband and I had a wonderful time in St Charles. The property was clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The coffee shop under the property makes great coffee and was never loud. Will stay here again! ”

“This apartment loft was lovely. It is over a coffee shop, but we did not notice any noise from the shop. Everything in the apartment was updated and clean. We were within walking distance of most anything that we wanted to see in old town St. Charles, including the Katy Trail, quaint shops, and restaurants. We had an assigned parking spot near the door of the apartment. The wineries in Augusta and Defiance were a scenic 45 minute drive away. This was a great place to stay for our girls’ getaway.”

“We were in the area for a couple days for an event in Roadhouse. Carrollton was incredibly charming and we really loved the Farmhouse loft. We got food at the pizza place next door and I had the BEST meatball sub! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog along on our trip as he can be very anxious when we are away. Can't wait to come back!”

“Stay was good. Everything downtown walkable or quick uber ride. Shops closed early and that was annoying.Spiderweb in corner of ceiling. Shampoo conditioner was poor quality.”

“If you want a weekend or weeklong getaway to historic Saint Charles, I highly recommend you stay here. The place was impeccable. A studio, but spacious and with all the amenities. I had the time of my life.”

Far enough from all the hubbub of St Louis & environs but a short enough drive to get into town. I'll say again- beautiful, quiet, modern & clean. ”
