“根本酒店內沒有太多客人！第一次帶我去的放是行到最尾房！房內沒有窗，床邊三面貼牆，一部分體式冷氣機，很焗！服務員帶我到另一個房，有窗但打不開的全房的裝修很舊，廁所很污糟，廁紙找了很久也找不到，原來在洗手盆下面，只有一個窗口式冷氣機直射床邊！oh my god😫比之前韓國酒店還要差！幸好，我今次是來工作，只住一天！以後不會訂”

“All the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.”

“Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. WORST Experience with Holiday Inn

"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C is like human body and it will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. After that, I complained to the supervisor and they gave me another room. The whole thing took me 2 hours, I can't even go to bed at 2am. On the 2nd night, the A/C in the new room started to get noisy. Then I ask them to come to fixed it. After it was fixed, then there were faeces or rusty water kept leaking really bad in bathroom!!!!!! Futhermore, the refrigerator is very very very noisy. On the other hand, the swimming pool water is badly polluted. The operator do not know anything about water chemical. Last of all, the bed sheet got lots of stains!!!"
